Responsibilities
- Understand hiring needs and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Post job openings on various platforms and actively source candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/video interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with internal teams and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate pipeline and maintain recruitment dashboards.
- Drive the offer, negotiation, and onboarding process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or relevant field.
- 0–5 years of recruitment experience (IT or Non-IT).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in technical recruitment (DevOps, Cloud, Data roles).
- Knowledge of ATS/HRMS systems.
- Basic understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs.
